Had great experience for one or two night.
Its location was indeed good and marvellous, near a tram station. Had all huge and spacious rooms to ourselves. Early check-in was appreciated. Hosts were amiable, even gave us room with 3 single beds.

This is a quiet property, clean, and located right by the Brussels-Nord rail station, the city center and the tramway.

Mind-blowing stay! The staff were super kind and let us store our bags before check-in. The room was a decent size for four and the kitchen was jaw-droppingly comfy for family meals. The location was super close to public transportation and there was an abundance of Turkish and Greek food nearby. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the place was surprisingly clean. Free wifi, a fully-equipped kitchen, and an electric kettle made our stay even more enjoyable. The high-pressure and hot shower was a bonus. Easy check-in and check-out, anytime. Plus, pets were allowed and there was no smoking on site. Can't wait to come back!

The accommodation was modern located so close to the center, buses, metro and the train station, that's what I was expecting. Staff were really helpful and gentle here. The room they had was well-equipped and impeccably clean with a strong wifi connection. The breakfast was nice, with a wide array of meals. The building was very good.

Spacious condo with fridge and hot water. Fair price for the minimum conditions offered. Close to metro, ideal for adults or families. Well-suited for longer stays.

We had in our room a small kitchen, a little sofa and a good bathroom. So that was a good chance from all the hostels we stayed where we needed to share everything with everybody.
The location, certainly. It's terrible. The neighborhood is just alike Amsterdam, but ugly and poor and a little dangerous; or at least it was what our taxi driver has told us.

cheap and have its own garage; not far from city center (metro)
district is rather uncomfortable and shaby

Regarding cleaning of the room, our room was cleaned after 7 days of our arrival and then we left the following day! we would have prefered if the cleaning was done in the middle of our stay, after 4 days... it would have been better.
